This is the view out my front door this morning. In NC this is considered treacherous weather, so it is enough to get me the day off work. The snow also is a big enough story to even bump the Obama lovefest from the local headlines. I guess my karma is pretty good, because not only do I get to stay home and avoid any discussion of the coronation of Obama I (or is it Bush III?), but also the local networks are going to be focused on the weather, helping to distract from the obscenity going on in Washington. Consider this a SNOW DAY 2009 Open Thread. We’ll let the fauxgressives talk about that other thing…Here’s some more snow!!!
